Alan and Beryl Meredith invite you to join them on the Gareth Meredith Memorial Walk in memory of their late son who loved walking. The walk will start at 10.30am at Boxford Health Centre and finish at Hadleigh Health Centre (5 1⁄2 miles). It is a non-competitive, leisurely, well-signed walk in beautiful countryside. Families and dogs (on the lead) are welcome. There is no joining fee, but an optional donation to the Hadleigh and Boxford Medical Centre to purchase an infrared vein finder would be very much appreciated.
