From Tuesday 3^rd October we will be taking bookings for our October Half Term holiday programmes. Abbeycroft Leisure and Explore Outdoor have been working with West Suffolk, Babergh and Mid Suffolk, Suffolk Community Foundation, Haverhill Town Council and the Newmarket Charitable Foundation to offer lots of exciting FREE events and activities open to children and families entitled to Free School Meals or in financial hardship!

We have programmes running from Monday 23^rd October to Friday 27^th October 2023* and we are encouraging families to book onto as many of these events as possible! Spaces are extremely limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please see the details below on how too book. *Location dependant.

E-Vouchers

Vouchers are not required for this holiday – but parents will need to select their eligibility criteria when booking.

Free sessions are primarily for children entitled to Free School Meals – but we can also accept the following if they are registered on the Evoucher system.

• Eligible for free school meals – Pupil Premium (Not KS1 universal free school meals)
• Young carers
• Children in care
• Foster children
• Children at risk of exploitation
• Children in financial hardship
• Refugees

Family & Junior Free Swimming

Abbeycroft Leisure is offering free swimming to eligible children from 5-16 years old. *Subject dates apply.

Tickets are available as Junior ONLY, 1xParent & 1xChild (2 individual spaces), or as a Family Ticket – 2x adult:2xchildren/ 1xadult: 3x children. (4 individual spaces).
