Hadleigh Tidy Town Volunteers have now been litter picking around Hadleigh for the past seven years. They litter pick for at least an hour twice weekly, throughout the year, weather permitting, and cover all main areas around Hadleigh.
It has been a hugely successful group, many volunteers having been with the group from the start, and it is still attracting new people. Some people have joined the group because they are new to Hadleigh. It has developed friendships and we have enjoyed many social gatherings. People join the picks whenever they want to, there being no commitment is an advantage.
