A free, easy, 60 minute guided walk designed to help people get out and about and more active. Open to all people of all fitness levels. There is no need to book, just turn up. Tuesdays at 10am weekly from April to the end of June. We start and finish at the Hadleigh Market Place, IP7 5AE Dogs on short leads welcome. Please wear sturdy shoes.

"Wellbeing Walks" Who? Everyone is welcome on our walks, regardless of ability – whether you’re overcoming injury, trying to get fit or just want to lose a few pounds.  Where and when? 2pm every Friday from Hadleigh Health Centre.
